At The Event Plan, we believe in moments. Whether if it's witnessing you and your partner's vows, celebrating a birthday, or having a breather with colleagues at a company retreat, our goal to ensure that you and your guests share and experience that special moment.
With over 15 years of experience in a variety of events, our team has learned what it takes to plan for a successful event. We always strive for a seamless event, but we know that the unexpected happens and that's what we're here for. The Event Plan will collaborate with you at any stage of the event process to produce a full proof plan and give you the peace of mind you need to truly enjoy your event.

DAY OF
Perfect for those who have planned out every last detail
and just need someone to execute the vision. With this package, The Event Plan will step in two weeks before your event.

MONTH OF
Your event is mostly planned, but now you need help getting across the finish line. Whether you need help reigning in vendors or buttoning last minute details, this package will give you the peace of mind you need to enjoy your day.
PARTIAL
Your vision is pretty set and you may have already contracted the venue but you need help finding the rest of your vendors. This package includes all Day Of and Month Of services plus vendor sourcing and design consultation.
FULL ON
Whether you have some ideas or a blank canvas, this package will help you plan your event from inception to completion. This package is all inclusive and helps you from start to finish.
